A prolonged period of illness and fatigue and my interest in spirituality led me on a search for natural approaches to health that address the whole person. I was most attracted to those that were simple, from the heart, and empowered the client's own capacities for healing and growth.  There are so many wonderful things available now, and I believe we are each attracted to what is right for us, but I have been most impressed by the BodyTalk System - its comprehensiveness and effectiveness through addressing underlying causes guided by our own inner wisdom.  I'm also inspired by the unified, international vision and scope of this work, its focus on service in bringing effective, empowering healthcare to anyone, anywhere on the planet. I look forward to years of further learning and service through the BodyTalk System and to assisting others to experience healthier and happier lives.

I am a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in education/psychology; certified as a BodyTalk Practitioner and BodyTalk Access Technician; licensed as a Massage Therapist, am a Reiki practitioner and certified in Levels 1-3 of Spring Forest Qigong healing.

For an appointment, you may contact me by phone or e-mail (see contact page).  If this is for a distance session, I will send you intake forms by e-mail, fax or mail.  Or if feasible, we can do the intake interview on the phone.  Distance sessions will require that you send me a full body/face photograph.  Payment will be handled before the session.  Once these steps are taken, we can set up the appointment, and I will go over the details regarding the session at that time.
